U.S. donors are entitled to a written acknowledgment when the law requires one. GiveReads will name the organization, the EIN (93-2383547), the date, and the amount of a cash gift. If goods or services were provided in return, we will say so. If they were not, we will say the gift was made with no goods or services provided.
We will not print “100% of your gift goes to children.” Overhead — packing, shipping, recordkeeping — is part of placing a book. We will not sell a donor list.
Mail checks payable to GiveReads Charity Incorporated, 795 Wood Meadow Way, Webster, NY 14580. Include an email if you need the letter. For bequests, stock, or wire instructions, write admin@givereads.org. This website does not process cards; that is a feature of a static site, not a delay.
